Customer will pay (20) Dhs for each fine (10) Dhs Police Tax + (10) for paid Charge.
When the customer return the car we have to pay all the balance within (48) hours and not be will pay (25) Dhs for every late day.

Undertaking
I consider as a guarantor to all obligations arising from this contract and the rent office is worth to ask me all or some of residual amounts of money that is rest on the tenant this is my responsibility and the office has the right to require it from me in any manner he deems.
In case of accident the tenant will be responsible & will be liable to pay Dhs – 3000/- extra for laying down the vehicle in the garage for necessary repairing.
It has been agreed between tenant & Office that incase of Accident by the tenant age less than 25 years will be liable to pay all.
It has been agreed between office & tenant that in case of the period of driving license is less than one (1) year should be liable to pay al.
In case of any penalty charge or damage of the car the hire authorised (CENTRUM CAR RENTAL L.L.C) to get the payment from the credit card.
